They don't work like an average vendor electrical company they send uncertified technicians to my mothers home to performed work they are not certified to do. Along with being bully by the owner when challenging the bill or what is owed. As a consumer I felt threaten by Mr. Alexander to the point that I almost the police department.

The electrician who worked on my project was very knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel comfortable and reassured that the job would get completed on schedule and it did.

I had a project where an outlet under my sink that powers my dishwasher and garbage disposal was not working. The job ended up being bigger than just an outlet replacement. The electrician came by on time, was completely professional. Was able to diagnose the root cause of the issue and completed the work quickly. I plan on using Alexander Electric as my 'go-to' electrician from now on.

We wanted to replace the old wooden garage door with a modern on and add a door opener. Plan was to repurpose a circuit going to some overhead lights that were unnecessary. James showed up at scheduled time, assessed that the circuit could be used for an outlet box for the door opener, and knocked out the project. All within a couple of hours. Nice job.

James at Alexander Electric did a great job. We just bought an older home with some scary wiring issues James responded to replace and upgrade outlets/switches. This is an honest company with a sound work ethic. I'm not sure how many employees this company has but I was very fortunate to have James assist me with this project He is professional and offered sound honest advise without any pressure for any additional work. I highly recommend this company and will be calling James in the future for additional projects.

I came home to a living nightmare. None of my lights or fan were working, garbage debris all over my home with huge holes in my walls and ceiling that had been hammered out, not cut out like the professionals normally do. All I could do is cry then I called the police who said that this is a civil matter and that I must take them to court. So now I have to sue them and on top of that, the owner Marvis threatened me making false accusations and lying. I spoke to others who said he goes around biding on jobs then he leaves workers to do the work while he is out bidding on other jobs. His guys destroyed all my electrical outlets and switches. Nothing in my home worked upon arriving home. I had a crew Is fixing the damages to my entire homes electrical switches, fan not to mention the huge hammered out holes in my ceiling and all throughout along my walls. If you want peace of mind, stay away from this company.
