They did not finish the job, but wanted to be paid. Unfortunately we gave him most of the money which was a lot and he told us he would be back in two weeks to finish up the job when he does the regular lawn care. We texted him and told him he shouldn't have begged off about finishing the job and that our job was just as important as anyone else's. He told me he would be back in 7 days, which has passed and nothing. No calls or anything.

Listened to everything needed on an unusual property and got it all done efficiently.

everyone associated with this company has been courteous and helpful. I specifically ordered the grass in my front yard to be cut baged and trimmed. This was so that when I took my doll out to do her business would be no grass clippings from back in the house. The two times Dustin came personally this was done not only to my satisfaction but perfectly. The two times that Dustin was not present with the crew everything but the front yard was done well and to my specification. I think this group tried to do what I asked but it was not the same quality of work as when Dustin was present.

Never comes when promised, twice came over a week later than promised. Arrangements for every two weeks, forgets a lot, has to be called. My lawn was cut too low and Alexander's hasn't been back since.
