Very professional, prompt response and excellent service

Alexander 1, Mr. Alexander really did a fabulous job cleaning our rental property carpet. After a horrible tenant destroyed our carpet I never expected them to look so good or be saved, but this company saved the day! I highly recommend them! Very professional, pleasant, family owned, great work and reasonably priced! I have recommended them to friends and family who also have been very pleased!

Greg was a true professional. He was punctual, and the work he did was very good. I know it is hard to find companies out there that put the effort into doing a good job. Well, Greg has a standard of excellence in doing his job. We will keep his information and refer him out to our friends and family.

my wife and i just bought our new home and hired Mr. Alexander to clean the carpets before we move in. he was extremely easy to schedule with most interactions handled through text. the price, in my opinion, cannot be beat. he charges flat rates per room/staircase/hallway all at reasonable prices. we had the entire house cleaned so he even gave us a modest discount. if there is room for improvement, it would be thoroughness. our front door, when opened all the way, hovers over the living room carpet and instead of closing the door, Mr. Alexander just cleaned around it. additionally, a stain in the basement remained even after cleaning. to be fair, the hoses were all run through the front door, and the basement stain was not discussed before hand, but i believe that the devil truly is in the details. neither of these are huge issues, so only -.5 stars collectively. all in all, i am extremely happy with the job that was done and with the money that was paid. if the need arises, i will certainly be using Mr. Alexander again.

It's great to have a service that is on time, friendly, and gets the job done. Greg was a true professional. And got out a gross stain off the carpet left from my dog. He will be my go to carpet cleaning guy!

Mr. Alexander was timely and very professional. He gave us a great deal on cleaning our berber carpeting, which is notoriously hard to clean. He's quick, courteous and very thorough. I will definitely hire him again if the need arises.

I had agreed to use this cleaning service before Christmas. Things happened in the house wherein I had to have construction work done and the project was postponed until this past weekend. Mr. Alexander was prompt and most efficient. He performed the work in a timely fashion and his decorum was highly professional. Even left some helpful information re carpet care and a bottle of spot remover. The carpets were dry in 2 hrs. and ready to walk on. I was VERY pleased and would highly recommend this service to others. I will use this service again.

Mr. Alexander was very professional and polite. His work ethic is to be commended. I have 3 small boys so you can imagine what my carpets looked like before Mr. Alexander cleaned them. Now they look almost brand new! I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies but Mr. Alexander was the first to be honest about his GREAT pricing up front. All other companies quote you one price over the phone and once they get out to your house nickle and dime you. Alexander Carpet Cleaning Service has me as a customer for life!!

I needed someone on short notice to clean a sectional sofa. Mr. Alexander re-arranged his schedule and came to my house at 5:00 pm on a Friday to work with me. He was extremely polite, friendly, answered all my questions, told me step-by-step what he was doing, and was very thorough. My sectional sofa was dry within hours and smells fresh and clean again. I also asked Mr. Alexander about cleaning my duct work and he was able to give me an estimate on the spot rather than making me schedule a separate appointment for an estimate. I would definately recommend Mr. Alexander to someone needing their sofa cleaned.

Mr. Alexander was very friendly; he explained each step and what he was doing/using. All of the dirt spots and dirt from traffic came up. My carpet looks great.
