When you call this contractor the owner answers - he was patient with answering my questions and provided the cost - no surprises. The on-site plumber and apprentice were excellent - great customer service skills, knowledgeable, clean, and timely replacement of the garbage disposal and replacement of the toilet tank. While on site I asked if they would take a look at the other toilet - they did without additional charge. Thank you!

I had a clog that another plumber from the home warranty company could not fix. I was referred by a co-worker to Alexander Plumbing. Pat called me a couple times to make sure he understood the details of my problem and we setup an appointment. Pat was able to clear the clog with no problem. I guess it helps when you use the right equipment.

He offered to let me buy a water heater and then he would install it. This saved us $300 on this project. The only improvement I can suggest is that he said he would e-mail us quotes on different repairs, but we still haven't received them.

We just moved in to our new house so the water heater hadn't been on for awhile so it took longer than normal to heat up. Patrick came out and checked on it and verified that there was nothing wrong. Feeling guilty for wasting his time, we asked him what our cost was for his time and he did not charge us. He went over everything in regards to how the hot water heater works, what to expect, etc., which was a great feeling as a new home owner! Patrick was great, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone that we know that is in need of help.

Patrick was thorough in understanding the problem. He also provided information on the repair and the part being replaced. He was prompt and could complete my work on the same day.

The install was quick and his work was excellent. He took the time to let me know some prior work was not up to code and fixed it fo me. His bid was right on and the additional cost of bringing my system up to code minimal. I passed my inspection and my water heater works great! I recommend Alexanders.

Not the cheapest quote but close. Good service, fairly quick. Some add ons were recommended that were escalating the price, would have been nice if those were incorporated into the quote. That would have turned them into a world class outfit. Overall, the quality of work so good at a reasonable price.

Patrick called shortly after submission and provided a quote by end of the day. I checked out the Tank Mfr he recommended and agreed. He came the next day and was done in a couple hours. He explained what he did and gave some post install advice. Cleaned up site and took away old tank. However, did not send formal invoice as promised.
