Friendly, fast and efficient!! My dryer was broken for 6 days. I had another contractor look at it for two hours and do nothing but state the obvious.. "it's broken". Alex was able to come out on short notice. From the time he was contacted to the time he was at my door it was 35 minutes. This was during a snow storm. Alex showed up diagnosed and fixed my dryer in 30 minutes flat. He was knowledgable, professional and communicative. I will be hiring Alex for all my appli-ance, electrical and plumbing needs going forward. What stood out about Alex was his attention to detail. not only did he fix my dryer quickly but he showed me basic maintenance tips that would increase the longevity of my appliance. My only regret is that didn't know about him sooner. I recommend anyone with electric, plumbing or appliance issues to hire him for efficient, hassle free service.
