I had a terrible experience with Alexander Operations. I hired him to do what I thought was a small job - grade/level and put rock down on a 30x60 area that we were going to build a pole barn on. He told me the job would take 3 days. It was still not complete 6 months later. He continually blamed weather issues - - and sure, it was a wet spring - - but this was NOT the problem for the entire 6 months. After 6 months we had to hire another company to finish the job, because he could still not commit to finishing it in a timely manner. His communication is lacking, his equipment is too small for most jobs, and honestly, he doesn't really know what he's doing. Don't hire him unless it's a tiny, easy job he can do in a day.
