They don't pay attention. First grass cut was too long. Didn't even look like it got cut. Complained so he corrected it. Don't have time to monitor people expect them to know what to do. They need lessons in lawn care, etc.

They did a great job. We had to reschedule because of weather. He and his crew came out on a Saturday and finished in one day. The flower beds were overgrown due to neglect. They cleaned them up and spread mulch. Great job!

I had a problem with the service, I called Home Advisors. I have had the worst customer service with this company. Leave a message and someone will get back in 1 to 2 days does not happen. Home Advisors does not know how to treat a customer as it is now 10 days since I first called Home advisor about the problem. It is now 7 business days that their complaint department has known about the problem. I was to pay for a yard cut on a very small yard and payed extra for trimming. My property was damaged. I have pictures of the lack of quality work. How can a pro do such a poor job and then have the nerve to put the bill into my mailbox. Excuse was their weed trimmer broke, but they cut lawns after mine. Never told me the week trimmer was broken. Lawn care wants paid for their work. Do not care that it is unfinished or my property was managed. Home Advisor will not help me on this. Was willing to pay something.

Bob was very responsive to my inquiry and as soon as we made a decision, he was able to schedule our fall leaf clean up the next day. They did a great job and were very reasonable as well. Bob contacted me by phone a couple of times to confirm the work that was needed and to review our expectations. He also followed up within 24 hours after the clean up was completed to confirm our satisfaction level. I would highly recommend Alexander's Lawn Care & Maintenance.
