Alexandra's Shower Design

Everyone knows that it is hard to find reliable vendors in Florida. We have not had the best experience in the past when hiring workers for our home improvement needs. So, this time, we went to Angi to get information about shower door installers in the Boca Raton, Highland Beach, Delray Beach area. As soon as I filled out my request, I received a text from the owner of Alexandra's Glass Designs (  https://alexglassdesigns.com/about/ ) . He sent me a few photos of shower doors, and the prices to install the doors. I requested an email with a formal quote and also the required paperwork that the building needed to approve the work in my beach condo. Within a few days, the building had all the paperwork required (copy of the business license, insurance, worker's compensation, etc.). They scheduled a day and time to measure the shower and also a day to install the new shower doors. Both days the owner came during the time he said he would. The crew was very professional, the shower doors looked beautiful, and the service was excellent. We will recommend them to our neighbors and friends in the area. We will also use them again when needed.

Felt like I had to ask when the install would happen - it finally did after an unexpected delay with glass cut improperly. Not technically the contractors fault but not great when you take a day off work to be present for install. I'm happy with everything - I'd just suggest more communication!

Wow! Is the correct word for this company. Their customer service and their workmanship bars none. They did a job for me at my vacation home in Miami, I am in PA. They took pictures and kept my informed all along the way. I ordered frameless shower doors for my bathrooms. I thought it would take 2 months. I contacted Home Depot first, who said it was a process. I contacted Home Advisor and it was the best decision I have every made with a contractor. This guy is the AAA of contractors. I felt very comfortable from my initial contact with him. He came out the next morning. He sent me pictures (as I am about 2500 miles away) and I picked the frameless doors. Within a week, he contacted me and told me the doors would probably be installed by the end of the week. And guess what? They actually were!!! He took pictures when he finished one door and pictures of him starting the next. The price was great and the doors look fantastic. It looks like I have new bathrooms!!!! In this day and age when you have outstanding customer service, you really appreciate it. This company went far and above anything I could have ever imagined. And this is from someone who is always remodeling and re-constructing something. I am so pleased!!!!! Kudos to a job well done!!!! I just wish he was further north so I could hire him again for my mothers house!!!!

Did everything we wanted, with excellence. Would hire again without hesitation. Steven and Chad worked carefully and with no mess left behind.

I hired Alexandra's to install 2 shower doors in 2 bathrooms and cut a glass top for patio table . i called to tell them one door was off balance and would not close and was told it was likely the swing on bottom. i told them it was not. they said they would come back to bring the glass table top they forgot to bring on delivery for the outdoor furniture and balance door but never heard from them again after paying $2500 for the shower doors

Very professional, quick, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Wasn't trying to scam me, did exactly what i needed when other companies wouldn't do the job or they would try to up-sell. I would recommend his work to anyone! GREAT JOB!

I feel I was charged too much for the parts plus time they spent at my home.

Steve is great, he gave us a date of when our doors could be installed and then surprised us by having them available and installed 4 days early. Great guy, takes his time, and can't beat the price. Now our new bathroom is complete

Stephen, founder & CEO, came out and gave estimate. The price was in line with everyone else. He came out with 2 installers and did a great job. I plan on hiring him again for my other bathroom. I am pleased at how quick from start to finish the job was done. You won't go wrong with him.
