If I could give a rating higher than a 5 for customer service I would! Alexis was great at communicating with me about the project before, during, and after to make sure we were on the same page. He was patient with answering questions and explaining things. He and Pablo did a wonderful job ripping out the old walkways, stoop, and steps, hauling away the debris, and making a new stoop, steps, and walkway. He was professional and I chose him over others because I got the feeling he really wanted to do a good job and represent his business well. I would not hesitate to hire again or recommend to anyone! Finished job looks great...huge improvement!

So pleased with Alexis and Pablo I barely have words. The walk leading up to the patio they poured was poured as a ramp at Pablo's suggestion. What a great idea. They got rid of the stupid step. There is pride to these gentlemen. They're ethusiastic about their work and themselves. They are sincere and eager to prove their skill sets to all who will call upon them and observe them working. These guys are personally warm and friendly. They came out to bid within hours of my request through Home Advisor. I asked for a detailed bid and got it in 48 hours. They came in $900 less than Crystal Cement Contracting. They finished the project 2 days ahead of schedule. Honestly, Colony Bay Condo Association's Board of Managers thank both of them. We could not be happier and they WILL be coming back for our next cement project. Got plenty of pics to share. You should see these pics to be impressed.
