Spoke direct, he quoted me a price. When finished he said it took longer and charged me additiona without my consent. Also he charged me excessive for materials ($15.00 for wood screws). Then he charged an additional trip charge of $50.00 that was never ever mentioned upfront; haveing know that in the beginning I would not aggred for him to come out. So I would not ever advise anyone to use the service.
