Alex was knowledgable, courteous and patient with our questions. How he answered our detailed questions showed that he knew a lot about what he was doing and he took the time to explain what needed to be done. We chose him over another bid because his came in lower. Our pool had multiple leaks and the rebar had been damaged. The filter was 50+ years old and needed replacing as well. Alex rebarred half of the bottom of the pool (the shallow end) where the rebar had dissolved and resurfaced it. The skimmer was replaced and the pool was retiled due to cracks. In addition, the copper pipes were removed (remember 50+ years old) and replaced with PVC and two new drain lines were installed. The filter was replaced with a larger one as Alex mentioned the previous filter was too small for our pool. Other places where the rebar was slightly exposed were injected with shotcrete and the whole pool was replastered. The process was completed in a few weeks and Alex was very easy to work with. Overall, the project went smoothly and the end result was fantastic. He is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him.

After pool was resurfaced it was left with white blotches on dark pebble tech. We were told the white blotches would go away. After 30 days they never went away. Called Alex and he said he would acid wash again to get rid of. They only acid washed spa, not the pool, and the spa was still left with the white blotches. Called Alex and to this day he has not called back. My call was made in June, it is now September. Very poor customer care. Will take your cash payment but not your dissatisfaction with their poor workmanship!

From start to finish the project went very smooth. From demo to to refill with water less than a month. Alex was great to work with, if I need additional work I will give him a call.

Alex and team were prompt, professional, clean, and organized. Like a well oiled machine, once scheduled a small team of 2 came out and started the draining. Very next morning, a much larger team demo'ed the existing plaster. Keeping everything neat and clean. Following behind them a few days later, an equally impressive team arrived to do a new mini pebble surface. Price, quality and customer service are major factors when choosing any contractor and we are so pleased with She'll Sea's.

We had the plaster replaced in our in-ground pool. At each step of the project the crews were respectful and left the back yard clean. Alex and his guys did an amazing job and we are very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend.
