Shell Sea's Pool's & Spa's Inc.

Alex and his crew did a fantastic job with our pool resurfacing. They worked quickly and efficiently. They identified plumbing and leaking issue and offered solutions to fix them quickly with competitive costs. Our 50 year pool looks beautiful. We highly recommend him.

My pool renovation with Shell Sea Pool went very smoothly. Alex is a pleasure to work with. The crew that jack hammered off the old plaster worked quickly and did an exceptional job of cleaning up. The plastering crew was professional, skilled and friendly. All the workers were able to answer any questions I had. Alex never attempted to upsell me on any service I didn't need. I am an elderly single woman and I would confidently recommend Alex to anyone needing pool replastering.

Alex and his team did a great job

Each specialist came in and did thei part in an aexcellent manner. When the final crew finished, I ended up with The Pool much nicer than I had expected. Needless to say I’m very satisfied with the results.

He brought in specialist for each part of the job. They were very professional and got the work done quickly. I’m very happy with the outcome.

I didn't realize how old my pool looked until Alex and his crew made it like new again!

Alex is a nice guy but tends to not call you back after you start the project. Under communication is not a good thing. When you retile your pool is should also be perfectly level to ensure the water level is consistent across the middle of the bottom tiles. It?s not! Overall the job is done, but the small things matter. That?s why we give them a 3!

Yes. Professional and experience team made the job look easy. Bery satisfied and pleased with outcome. Very happy with the quality of work.

The work was done in a timely manner. He would’ve had it done quicker, but because I travel so much I want to be home when the work was being done. That’s just me they do good work and they clean up after themselves as well which I was impressed with.

Great work not expensive and are great at what they do

I was hesitant to replaster my pool for years although it was overdue. When i met Alex I was impressed with the details he provided and his easy nature sales style. He spent time going thru the details of each process and the time frame. Different crews came to work on each phase of the work but they were all efficient, professional, worked long hours and cleaned up. I have a beautiful new clear pool now and would not hesitate to contact him in the future.

Alex is a good man, followed the contract+ gave concessions on unforeseen repairs. Answered my calls, scheduling was great, the price was right. I highly recommend Alex snd Shell Sea pool remodel. Thank you Alex, your demo, plumbing, and plaster crew are awesome. Good job !

Extremely well done. Excellent communication professionalism and specially right on the spot for completion even sooner than expected.

Great communication, well priced, supervised each step of the process update 7/27/2026 ---Have to recant my last review. Although Alex did a great job, he does not follow through with the paperwork (ie invoices never received), now that he has been paid will not answer calls, return calls, or text messages. We have a special need person in the house with a skin condition, and are getting conflicting advice from him and the start up people. We are learning the hard way. He seams nove enough just does not follow through.

We are very excited with our pool remodel! Alex and his team of professionals were top notch!

Good job..

The 3 first pictures are before they came and do it in a shor time and now this is how it looks my family they are so happy the way it looks now we are really satisfied with there service thank you shell sea’s pool and spa inc

Alex was great with communication. Stages of job were completed in timely manner. The crews were good to work with and cleaned up nicely when done.

I have previously left a review praising Alex and his team at Shell Sea?s. Since I left a great review, Alex has flipped a complete 180 and has been non-responsive and hasn?t finished up the final details on our pool remodel. He was suppose to replace all of the trim between cement and coping and is now not responding. We still can?t figure out how to plug in our new vacuum to keep the pool maintained. I am very disappointed in Alex since he received his final payment and can no longer recommend him and his team to anyone. Go find someone else to remodel your pool. Don?t get sucked into his charisma and quick action the way we did. He only wants your money and will peace out on your project so quickly.

Awesome work, love my remodeled pool, can’t wait to use it

We needed to resurface our pool and put out a request for bids. Alex was the first to come out (within a few days) and showed us lots of samples and options. After two more bids, we went with Alex Sell Seas Pools and Spas as he had the best pricing and was ready to get started right away. His crews worked hard to get it done quick, and correctly, and fix the hidden issues so this resurface job would last for years. We are very happy with the final result!

Alex did a great job. Provided a reasonable quote, started work within days and his team performed the work very well. Pool looks great! Highly recommend.

We remodeled the rock structure of our in-ground spa. We spoke with four contractors and selected Shell Sea. Alex was responsive, the quote was competitive, and they were able to start on our timeline. The finished product and the quality of the team exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them.

Shell Sea pools did a great job. All work was done with care and efficiency. Alex was helpful the whole project. Quality work at an affordable price!! Thank you!
