Being a firefighter, there is a long-standing tradition of having discipline and pride in everything you do. He is extremely prompt and professional in his trade. I believe that he is extremely knowledgeable and has great follow through. He reminded me 30 minutes before the appointment and also the day before the appointment. He cleaned windows and screens, great job all around. For the work he did it was an amazing value.
