Alex Tree Service

The service representative came out after a couple of hours after I called. He said that the cut down crew can come out the next day. I asked if the trees can be cut down to the ground and ground down. He said yes with the agreed price. I asked for a written quote, and he said he would give it to me before the work is started. The next day the cut down crew came over in the morning. The service rep. was not there, and he never showed up again and I never received the written quote. No person on the three-man crew wanted to speak English. The first tree was cut but not close to the ground. I asked him to cut it close to the ground. He did not want to because his chain saw was going to be too close to the ground. He got on the phone and started to talk to someone. After some time, he came over and cut it closer to the ground. I helped the two people a lot during the whole time. I do not think they would have done a good job if I did not help them. I was not happy. Not recommend.

Had about 5 or 6 tress and stumps removed and they did it quickly and cleaned up after. Impressive work and would highly recommend them!!

They did a wonderful job! They took a huge job and gave me a great price for it, it was worth every penny! I couldn't believe the amount of work they did in one day. I never thought I would have my tree looking beautiful again. I am so thankful for all the work they have done!

Alex and his team were awesome. They called me within 30 minutes after I requested on Angie's list. That same day came and gave me a quote and 24 hours later tree was cut down and cleaned.

They took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and made safety a clear priority. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and they left our property spotless when they were finished. It?s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers.
