Very kind and polite. He fixed not only my dryer but adjusted my washer. Great job without the killer price. Scale of 1- 10. He a 10 for on time service and very knowledgeable. I'm happy I chose this company.

This guy promised to dismount/remount and fix a problem I had with my microwave for $199. The problem with the unit was when you opened the door the microwave turned on. He said it was a leveling or switch problem. He tried to level it but that was not the problem. He left and said see if it works. The problem was intermittent and didn?t happen when he was here, so he said he would return and dismount it for me since that was Samsung?s requirement. All the authorized repair centers would not work on the unit unless it was dismounted. He came back and dismounted it and said he would remount it after Samsung repaired it and said he would just charge me $50. I thought he was reducing the cost because he couldn?t find the problem. As it turned out he wanted another $50 to remount the unit. So all in all he got his $199 plus tax and nothing got done except a dismount. I still had a dismounted microwave, paid $199 for taking out two screws and pulled down the unit. He refused a partial rebate saying the payment was in line with industry standards. He actually wanted an additional $50 to come back and remount it for me. He said I misunderstood his offer. I found him totally disingenuous and it cost me for someone else to remount it since I was forced to use Samsung to fix it since he wasn?t an authorized Samsung repair center. He pitched me on the phone that he could dismount/remount and repair, none of which he did except dismount. I will not be recommending him in the future.

"The customer had a warranty on the microwave and requested service in Angi, instead of trying first warranty services. I spoke with the customer and I explained $189 is the minimum for any repair or removing the microwave. I charged the customer $189 + tax for diagnostics and leveling of the unit. And told to customer if it will not help I can come back to remove the microwave, cause Samsung company requires that the microwave should be removed, and with them, parts will be covered and he will not get charged more. Also, told the customer that I can order the microwave door switches and he will pay only for that, not for labor anymore. As I promised I came back to."
