My rate for Alfa Landscaping is ZERO STAR. On April 2020 Ernesto did a very good job in replace my patio. This year about April, I texted him to power washing, and re-fill the polymeric sand, seal with wet looking. He sent his team to power wash the patio and the sitting wall. I am not sure why but the sitting wall was not done at all and the patio they did not power wash well. They came back to power wash. Here is what they did. ALL WAS A DESASTER! HORRIBLE JOB! 1. THEY USED AN ACIDIC SOLUTION on my patio and DESTROY MY EXPENSIVE (ALMOST 11,000.00) patio. The acidic solution â eat the pavers . IT LOOKING HORRIBLE! It removed the natural color of the pavers and left white spots similar to Efflorescence on pavers on all the edges of the patio. This spots probably will be permanently. Acid on pavers give stone discoloration. 2. The polymeric sand was not filled correct. Missing lots of places with no sand or cracked sand. 3. They did not coat with wet looking as I asked, they coat with natural looking. 4. They did not protect the fence, so they coat the bottom of the fence with natural looking. Now the fence has to be painted. I asked Ernesto to come to my house to talk about the job. He came and said he will take care. But he never sent this stuff back. He gave me all the excuses he found. It is too hot, It is raining, It is this and that. When almost start Falls he said â I am backed up . I trusted him with my patio but they destroy it! He did not take any responsibility at all. I had sent him pictures but when he saw it he knew he was not going to take care. Finally, I texted him and asked to put back all the heavy statues that they have removed from my patio and placed outside my fence, on the common area. I asked to put it back. He never respond, he never call me or send anyone to put the statues back. They took out, they should put it back. BUT NO RESPONSE FROM HIM. I BELIVE HE DAMAGE MY PATIO ON PURPOSE! He probably did not like that I was sincere telling him that his workers did not power wash well. I said the true. I was not upset and complained about. All I want is that they performed a good job, since I am paying a good price for that. Ernesto knows very well that never any acidic solution should use to clean the patio, and specially never leave it for hours on it. He knows that if coating the patio you must protect the fence in order to no coat the fence also. I CAN NOT RECOMEMDE HIS COMPANY after all he did to my expensive patio. HE IS IRRESPONSIBLE, CARELESS.

Ernesto was wonderful to work with (owner). He even took the time to text with me after hours. Jamie and his crew were respectful, on time and did great work. When we get down our list to the patio we will definitely call them again. Highly recommended.

Very happy with Alfa! They removed an old deck and brick area and replaced with stamped concrete, seating walls, and stone steps - with lights on the walls and steps. It looks amazing. We also really like the team - Ernesto was very knowledgeable when helping design our project, and our project lead Jaime and his crew did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

The crew was on time, cleaned up amazingly after each day of work, kept me informed of the progress and installed an amazing patio. Cannot say enough how professional and great these guys are!

The crew were talented, respectful, and always kept me up to date on the build/supply timeline. I definitely would recommend and I plan on using Alfa for any future projects.

Alfa did a great job on our patio. We interviewed four contractors before selecting them and while not the most expensive, they were on the higher end. But, worth every penny. They listened to us, paid attention to detail, and made useful suggestions. The work was quality and the results are great. I’ll use them again! Thanks Alfa!

Exceptional company to work with. Estimate was reasonable, no surprises, did what they promised. Very friendly team. We had a good deal of stone that needed to be removed on our front stoop, reset, new sand put down, and sealed. Looks great now. We would highly recommend Alfa and, they donâ t just chase the big jobs. They actually are interested in the smaller to mid sized jobs. Local company building a great reputation.

Ernesto's team installed interlocking composite 12 x 12 tiles on my rooftop terrace. The job turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier. Great job!
