    Chris should tell people when he calls that he will be charging an $85 fee to come out to give them an estimate for service. I would not have had him come to my home if I would of know he was charging for giving estimate. Never happy with his service spa never right chemicals always off so we fired him after one week.

    We are truly sorry Sharon B that you were not satisfied with our services. We do not charge for estimates. Estimates are free. We charged you for services rendered during our first visit to your spa and for monthly service. We did suggest for you to add some chemicals by measure on a daily basis, during our second visit on the following day, to assist to bring the chemicals to the right balance sooner; however, that was not done prior to our return the following week. That being the case it would have taken one or two more applications to get the chemical level to the correct balance, especially since you wished to use the spa that day.


    Chris is great. Explained everything that needed to be done and is priced fairly.
