Mr. Brown and his crew are terrific! They are reasonably priced and very professional. They went the extra mile for me and I appreciate all that they did. Maria is so sweet you could feel her warmth through the phone. I would gladly hire them again.

The communication with Maria at the beginning when ordering and trying to set everything up was terrible. It took 3 weeks from the time Mark came out to take measurements to the time my order was placed, delaying my project. It took the guys 3 days to install the fence. I thought that was pretty good. They showed up on time every morning and worked diligently to finish the project through. Everyone is extremely nice and courteous. Also, the price for everything was very reasonable. There were a couple of things done per my suggestion during the installation, and Mark followed through with it, only to learn that my suggestion was a bad one after it was complete. Sometimes I felt as though he should have presented his opinion on my suggestion since he was the professional, but he said nothing and agreed with me. This required some things needed to be redone because I didn't like it. They left a huge mess for me to clean up that took days. There were dirt and rocks everywhere on both sides (my side and the neighbor's side). Lastly, Mark did not install a section of the fence in a straight line and agreed to come back in a couple days to redo that section. I had him sign an agreement to come back within 30 days and he agreed. I also informed Maria about it who stated that it wasn't a problem. 2 months later, I have made several phone calls and emails and the issue is not resolved as they are not responding anymore.

His wife, Marie was very pleasant and she explained the process well. They showed up on time when they said they would and the workers were very courteous. Highly recommended.

They are reasonable. They are so nice. His wife is so nice there are no words for her. He gave me a price I could afford and he did extra work without charging me. He advised me on what I needed and he did everything perfectly. I just gave his number to someone and I also spoke to someone at Walmart and gave her his number as well. If I could give them a 10 I would because they are terrific.

Service and work was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Did exactly what I requested and extra. I needed a fence to block out stray dogs and they completely sealed in my yard. Highly recommend them.

We are so pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, quality of work and personable character of Mr. Brown and his crew. His cost was very reasonable compared to others. We thought it would take several days, they finished in one day and a few hours the second day. We did not have to clean up any debris. They were careful not to damage any plants and trees in the yard. We have made arrangements to call him back to put a sealant on the fence in a few months. Highly recommend Alice Services!
