The owner's wife is extremely rude and unprofessional and is in charge of scheduling and all business communication. While the team, minus her and the owner were hard workers, the level of rudeness was unheard of in a business. The owner stated he would come fix problems with the double gate including a board that was not screwed in and coming off the fence. Over a month later, when asked via text about this, this customer was told to "figure it out on my own." I usually prefer a family company but this one is an awful bunch. Be wary.
