I contacted Align Renovations to review several projects for me. He was very very prompt and asked my opinion of what I wanted while also keeping my project within the Code . He has given me a very fair estimate for the work and I will be signing a contract with Align Renovations to complete my projects.

The address is false charges 500 dollars for an estimate and lied could not do the project. I felt like he cheated me out 500 dollars. He is not reliable person.

"The customer could not show me a final inspection on there Mobile home . I have a structural engineer degree and I gave them my professional assessment on this project and the $500.00 charge was for that service of my assessment.The initial damage to there mobile home is from improper set-up and hurricane Florence damage. The customers in this region are very upset about contractors being overwhelmed with the amount of work that is based on a very high demand of residence that are still need services done and also insurance companies are playing a part on this outcome. This particular customer paid me from their insurance deductible for my se"

Extremely disappointed in how this was handled. I paid over $200 for a service that was completed incorrectly, and when offered a follow-up visit to fix the problem the agency never showed up and has yet to return my phone calls.

"I went back and replaced the dryer vent that was previously damaged and did the installation that no other company would offer to do and I did this return service on my off hours and followed up on the return phone calls"
