Alison Mechanical is a fantastic company to deal with. Top quality, great service very. First had them out for air not cooling (14 year old system), Chris and Jason tried very diligently to make repairs, then took the time to explain the issues in detail. Unit was shot. They spoke with myself and Dave the owner gave me a very good deal on a new Lenox system with a great warr. Requested Chris and Jason, for install, they were back the next day, and within 4 hrs had removed the old system, and installed new. Great job guys!! I would highly recommend and reuse Alison Mechanical, Dave answered all questions, and would team of Chris and Jason.

Service was great. We just purchased a new home so we wanted to get the system inspected. He took the time to walk us through everything and made great (cost efficient) recommendations to improve some cold spots. Took the time to answer any questions and wasn't in a rush to get out (even at 6:30 at night). Definitely found our new 'furnace guy'.

Dave came out to look at the problem with my air conditioner & also do an annual cleaning for the furnace. We talked about prior problems with the air conditioner and he was able to talk to me about possible options to resolve the issue instead of what I had gotten from the "other guy" I called this summer (time for a whole new airconditioner - want me to give you a quote?). I was impressed at how quickly Dave found the source of the problem and how everything was up and running in (literally) minutes - He did a great diagnosis (per my eyes) and found the problem. His pricing for annual furnace cleaning is competitive too. Thanks Dave!
