We also have a Full service carpet cleaning service with a truck mounted machine. We have been in business for over 10 years and have a A rating with the Better Business Bureau. The owner was one of the techs. He explained what he was going to do and in the Dining Room where the carpet was really dirty he showed how his process would leave the carpet looking after he was done. Very friendly, showed up on time and the price was right.

Carpets were left with a film and stairs were not clean. Stains in bedroom carpet did not get removed. The person was nice, but he really did not try to clean or rinse carpets, it was like he did not care to be there doing this job. This is second time I have used home advised to have carpets cleaned and I will never use home advised again.

He was very professional, worked hard and cleaned a couple of additional small rugs at the last minute. Some areas of the rugs didn't clean up quite as well as I had hoped, but over- all I was pleased with the results. The price was excellent.

Brandon was extremely courteous and polite and stayed on task. The Carpets were sprayred and scrubbed with machine. They probably should have been rinsed with wand as well. Most stains are still very visible.
