The job was efficient and professional

They came when they were supposed to and it was all good. Be aware that if you use debt/credit card be prepared to pay 3%.

Had new gutters installed by All American in July. After the first rain I noticed 2 gaps where water was coming down between the house and the gutters. I called the office several times asking for someone to come and repair. I also sent pictures, texted and spoke to Eric several times, he promised to take care of it. It has been over a month and they have not responded. I have water pouring onto my bedroom sliding door with each rainfall. This company is completely unresponsive. It is a shame that they couldn not find one hour to fix this problem. I would not recommend this company.

They offer seamless gutters. They gave me a price and I hired them and the gutters leak. They say they came out and fixed it but they did not call and the gutters are still leaking and now they will not return my calls. Also I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded and I have found they have other complaints on their company as well.
