Kodi does excellent work. I had an emergency and called him this morning. He came right over and replaced a portion of my fence that had been torn down by a car accident last night. I m so appreciative because I couldn t sleep all night due to a big part of the fence being torn down. I felt so unprotected. Now, I m quite comfortable knowing I m no longer exposed. The fence is quite sturdy and very well done.

Well, since you asked. I normally refrain from posting any negative feedback, but the email sent to me by All A Service asking me to post a review to Angie's List prompted this reply. Poor communication from start to finish. While there was no mention of advance or immediate payment during the spec process or on the quote, harassment for payment began before work was completed. Threats of legal action in the second phone message. No, I'm not kidding. We are a HOA management company in business since 1987, working on behalf of a well established, well funded client....as explained up front. It sometimes takes a few days to get a check processed because of limited access tour volunteer Boards of Directors. No secret. After explaining this again to these folks, they literally started in with 'we'll sue you' a couple days after installation. The work that was done was done reasonably well, but the hassles and threats were completely unnecessary. A little more professionalism up front could have prevented this mess, and might have resulted in more business from us in the future. However, we'll never engage with them again. Feedback offered, because solicited, in the spirit of helping them to improve and be more successful in the future.

Came out the same day and were it not for the rain the work would have been started and finished the next day. Very good quality work and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them .
