The owner, Reece Gardner came to my home to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise in solving an issue that several other companies before him couldn't even diagnose let alone solve. His employees, Cindy and Axel were also very kind, courteous and professional in their interactions with me. After dealing with a very frustrating situation for several months in my new home, All About Air came in and corrected it in no time! They installed a Reme-Halo and all I can say is that thing is fantastic!! The air in my home is fresh and clean every minute of every day. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, All About Air for giving me a better world to live in. I will see you at maintenance time!!

Adam, the General Manager took my call to request an estimate to replace a 12 year old AC unit in our home. After asking numerous pertinent questions he had a technician come to our home to confirm the project requirements. After I met with the technician Adam emailed a quote within 30 minutes. The next morning the installation crew of Corrie and Darien arrived as scheduled and immediately began the project. Later in the morning, Reece, the owner came by to see how the project was progressing. The project was professionally done on time and for the estimated price. After the job was done , the installation team cleaned up after themselves. It was a hassle free pleasure to deal with these professionals. I highly recommend All About Air for air conditioning.

They did what they said they would, when they said they would, for the price they said they would. They were friendly and professional and very responsive.

My only caveat is that the air conditioning unit was supposed to be checked by a county official with the service provider present--it never happened.

Professional, friendly, knowledgable. No high pressure. Of course this is written about a month after installation - time will tell. I plan on having this company do the annual service.

The service was okay but not great. They did a good job servicing the AC but didn't test or even mention the systems furnace components. Servicemen were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. But they were not in uniform and their service van was unmarked, and a relatively older model van which was not very clean so the vehicle appearance not great.

They replaced entire heating and air system in rental property i have in Naples,Fl. with me communicating long distance from Atlanta,Ga. to Naples. My tenants are very pleased and satisfied.
