they took longer to do the work than I thought, and they initially said, it would. on the other hand, he was extremely thorough. i'd hire them again anytime I needed another duct cleaning.

The owner of this company called me personally and is very professional and passionate about his company. He explained his services and products very well. The technician who came out to my parents home was awesome, his name is Chauncey and he made this whole expienced good for my parents and myself. This was the first time we had this type of service he works really hard at making sure your home and air is cleaner. He explains really well and show you before and after photos. Going forward we will recommend them to anyone who needs duct work. I had 3 quotes and chose them based on their reviews and customer service. Going foward All About Air will be who we choose for all of our jobs👍🏿👊🏿

This is a great company. The whole process took them over 5 hours to clean all the vents, returns, and units. They took pictures of before and after during the process showing us what they were doing. Very professional and thorough. Our air quality is much better. Highly recommended.

First time we had our dryer vent cleaned. They called us shortly after posting on HA, quoted a price, sent up time to do work and they were on time.

I was blessed to get Chauncy as my service man. He's very pleasant He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how he was doing it so I was aware of what was going on at all times. I enjoyed his visit and respected his work ethics. If I had a business, I'd try to hire him away from his current employer. Aside from being 30 min late, the work they performed was excellent and very thorough. The home we just purchased had been a rental for several years and the ducts were nasty! AAA came in and made them look new again.I would strongly recommend using All About Aire. Great job!!

The representative arrived on time for the estimate and explained the issue fully. We actually had some ducts that had separated that needed to be repaired before cleaning and he did an excellent job with the repair. He was quick and efficient. He explained everything in detail and took before and after pictures to show us. I would hire All About Aire again and highly recommend them.
