This is a family run company. The office staff, prompt service, appliance techs. etc. are great! In my opinion, if you need home appliance service, in central Florida, do give them a call.

I highly recommend this company. Scheduled me for very next day, arrived on time, got right to work, and had a quote for me in ten minutes. They ordered the part, came back in two day, once again, arrived on time! Got right to work, and had my oven back up and working very quickly. Extremely professional and quiet. Offered me helpful tip to make oven work more efficiently. I saved over $400 by calling this vendor; had previously been told by another vendor that repairs would be much higher. I was close to purchasing a new stove....thank goodness for All About Appliances!

Very professional from 1st contact on phone with wife to final installation by husband. The man really knew what he was doing. The wife, whom I spoke to on initial call was pleasant and informative. Gave me a bit of advice before I even bought my microwave and decided to hire them. Definitely would use them again and will recommend them.

We had a dryer pulley problem and my husband also mentioned something about our washer; for a small add-on charge the owner fixed that too. Couldn't be happier.

The Good: Extremely professional and courteous The Bad: after two weeks they found out that they couldn't fix the dryer--had to buy a new one. It is possible that if they had cleaned the dryer on their first visit it would not have over heated and burned out the motor????

"Thanks for your feedback. This is the only avenue we have to insure we are doing our best to be efficient and to satisfy as many of our customers as possible. While I am sorry that your dryer wasn't repaired, we did attempt to isolate the problem in the most effective way possible. At that time, there was a thermostat burnt out that we replaced. Basically we tried to repair the dryer without having to replace the motor due to the high cost of parts versus the cost of new equipment in todays' market. Their is always a fine line between repair and replacement depending on the defective part. Your unit was older and the motor was already on its way out and finally did go out. Unfortunately, cleaning your vent would not have prevented your problem. We truly appreciate you as a customer and hope you will call us again should the need arise."

Eric made three trips to my house to get the proper parts correctly for my microwave. He was both professional and very accommodating. His repair was done and his company took extra efforts to locate the correct parts for my microwave. Dont hesitate to hire Eric to do your appliance repairs
