Derek arrived on time, very professional and did a GREAT job on my carpet. He explained in detail each step that he was doing to help me further understand about the cleaning process. I plan on using him to clean my carpet in my RV.

Derik was absolutely wonderful. He was very courteous and explained everything he was about to do. He was so quiet and gentle on surrounding furniture, I was impressed. No banging around when haulling that huge hose. I called 2 family members that night to recomment the service. It was great and worth the m oney.

Derick was very nice on the phone and in person. Showed up on time and worked hard all the time he was here and did a very good job on 3 carpets and 2 chairs and was very reasonably priced. I would recomend and have to anybody needing carpets cleaned. I see on his web site he also does window washing and pressure wash the siding which I hope to get done in the spring.

They cleaned exactly what I needed them to do, without trying to sell me more cleaning then I was prepared to deal with at that time. They were very prompt in returning phone calls and showed up on time. They were able to give me an idea of the price over the phone and it was what I expected when they presented me with the bill.
