"We have gone over several times to view Mrs. Pippins issue and quoted her for another drain. Unfortunately, she was not willing to install another drain. she was wanting a 2 ft hole in the driveway fixed. Once she had the driveway fixed she then had a small drainage issue on the side. We told her several times that she would need a drain on the side of her home if she were to redo her driveway. Her initial problem was the water was coming on the front door. Her problem is now on the side of her home. When checked last week (5-10-2019) her front small drain was fully operational and discharging a massive amount of water. There are grading and."
"Corey, Please give us a call as we would be happy to speak about any issue you may have. There was a problem with city compliance on a previously installed french drain pop installed (by another contractor). We were hired to move a pop up elbow in order to move the discharged water to a more convenient location. After pulling a city permit, the code enforcer informed us of a "new" rule stating that contractors could no longer cut concrete. We did not charge Mr. D[Consumer name withheld at their request] a dime and paid out of pocket for all permits, material, and to have all new concrete replaced.
