I hired this company and paid the deposit for the material; and I have yet to hear back from the man, Patrick Ryan. He said he would be back the same week to start on the project. It has been more than a month now and I have made several attempts to contact him, to include letters and phones calls and still have not been able to reach him or anyone in this company.

First they told my wife they would cover and mask our new doors and windows from spraying ceiling texture. They got over spray all over the doors and window hardware and flat wood surfaces. When we complained the owner dismissed our concerns and told us they would clean it up. It’s been two weeks and no show no call and won’t answer their texts or calls. I told the owner that it won’t clean easily because the texture had primer and not just sheetrock mud. I provided them with a scissors lift and my scaffold and I ask the owner to put my scaffold the way they found it they refused to. They broke a 2” drain pipe with the lift and when I questioned the owner he dismissed it and questioned why I thought they did it. I told him it will take all day to repair chip the concrete down past the fitting fit and mix new concrete for the patch. He didn’t have a clue why I was mad about his attitude over the broken pipe and scaffold. They showed up with a small inadequate air compressor that burned up the first few hours of spraying not very pro. I offered them mine it is large enough for any job and a pro tool they used it I told the owner on the phone to not exceed 20 amps on the circuit the compressor was on. The compressor is 15 amps, they tripped the breaker because they ignored what I told them. They opened the temporary panel box and reset the breaker and left it open right before a heavy rain storm. When my wife got home the panel was wet and half the breakers were tripped. I gave explicit instructions on resetting the breaker and to not leave the door open. The job should have left us with a paintable ceiling but many areas needs to be floated more, and retextured. I am sure these guys don’t have the skills to float a hip roof ceiling. They are not professional and I am going to report them to the state board of contractors.
