Tech was knowledgeable about what needed to be done in order to help maintain the operation of my garage doors. Would have been great if he arrived on time but he did call to let me know that he would be late. Overall it was a good experience.

Very friendly and the guy who did the job was very respectful . He has good customer service skills. He even came back to give me the paper (instructions and warranty info.)that was in the box. He even gave me a call back to let me know he put it in my mailbox for me due to I asked him to do for me. I would recommend this company to my friends.
