Gary was extremely responsive, professional and did nothing less than a phenomenal job on our home inspection. We are new homeowners who built in 2015; our 10 month inspection/warranty meeting loomed and we needed a home inspector to review the build/lot. Gary exceeded our expectations; he gave us helpful homeowner tips and was extremely thorough. He went above and beyond and we are going to recommend him to friends and family!

Gary was great, I am doing this review 4 months after moving in to really get a feel of his Inspection, Gary was 100 percent correct, This move was challenging for me Because I lived in Michigan and could not be here for the inspection, Gary made this move less stressful I wouldn't use anybody else, Gary is the MAN.

Mr. Gary Gorman was professional, very thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. The 40 page document was detailed, included pictures of all areas of the home, and made recommendations as to what needed attention and how to solve the problem. Excellent!
