We have tried many companies to get rid of the mouse problem we had in our office over the past few years, none were able to control them. Finally we called and worked with Jason Novak at this company. within 2 weeks of treatment, the mice were 100% gone. Haven't seena dropping or mouse in over a month, so happy we just completed the Exclusion.

Jason was very efficient, he removed the two live birds along with removing the two dead birds. Jason informed me that he sealed up the mode of entry where they were entering the attic. Hopefully No More Birds in the attic.

Dan + company are awesome to work with! I purchased a 369 multifamily community in Spring Branch that had a major infestation of rats! They saved my business, plain + simple.

I spent $673 to have tech remove birds from my attic. Not only was this company expensive, the job wasn t completed correctly. I still have birds in my attic. Tech will be back out Thursday but not really happy price and service!

Not recommend to any one for this company. They came and supposed to come back but did not comeback according to our contract with them. The person who did the work did not explain the whole process, did virtually nothing and no follow up whatsoever!!! This is a ripped off!!!

be sure to ask about the specifics of how they work. they charge a flat rate but make sure they give you the specifics.

We had a problem with bats in our house and All About Rodents cleared them out. I would have given 5 stars across the board, but it seems that the local provider of the company is a one-man shop and while he (Jason) did the best he could with all the other emergencies he had to deal with, it was a little bit of an effort to get in touch with him and get the project handled a bit more quickly than it took. All that said, however, Jason is a pleasure to work with and the pricing was excellent. He followed up and took care of things as promised. In fact, somehow the bats liked our house so much that once Jason got rid of them from one part of the house, they decided to set up shop in another part, but Jason came out and cleared them out from there once and for all. Aside from the ability to communicate with Jason efficiently, I would highly recommend him and All About Rodents for your pest control needs. In Jason s defense, like I said he appears to be a one man operation in our area and he has no control of what critters might be causing problems on any given day. In fact, on one of his visits had had a couple of critters in the back of his truck that he tended to before coming to our place - which shows me that he cares about his customers.

It took a few weeks of trapping and removing the animals before the entry hole could be safely closed off permanently. But it's been 100% Rodent Free ever since! Thanks!

Solved our squirrel problem quickly

Jason is a helpful guy who seems to know his work. he helped us get rid of a mouse inside our home and I am waiting on his last visit to check on the tube he left in my attic. I would recommend him.

they took away my rodent problem, but they didn't set up the first trap right and I had to bait it.

I was able to easily communicate with the representative. He took pictures of all the damage for me to see. He has come back repeatedly to check on the progress. Once he felt the attic was no longer invaded, he sealed the hole on the roof. He is coming back again. That will be 4 visits. I was a bit surprised by the cost, but I didn't cost compare. It was recommended that I get monthly visits in the future or every other month for $60. I'll have to think about that.

In December I contracted with your company to do a rodent extraction in my attic. The first time the tech was here, he left poison for the rodents. Approximately 4 days later he returned to examine the attic, finding that there were no rodents. The total cost for the extraction was $648.42. He then returned to seal holes from other units and the holes in the roof which cost me $1081.42. The total paid was $1729.84. Unfortunately, the rodents returned and I arranged for another company to check the attic once more.

Very nice people. The tech was professional and friendly. He explained the problem and how he was going to do. They have come out a few times to check on the bate and the progress. I highly recommend this company.
