Joe did a spectacular job on our bathtub/shower surround!! It was beyond my expectations and he has such an attention to detail! His wife, Mindy is a wonderful complement to his work as she is so very helpful at giving great suggestions on the design and materials. I will say that it took a week longer than what I really wanted but it was well worth the wait and I already knew that because I read all of the reviews. He made awesome custom niches and I now have more than enough room to have all my shampoos as well as a special place for candles. The price was great and we will most likely be having them back to do our other bathroom.

Our tile job turned into quite the journey for Joe and Mindy. We had done the previous tile job ourselves and had made quite a few mistakes that Joe had to fix. However, when all was said and done, the finished product looks fantastic and I doubt anyone else could have done a better job. One of the other 3 people didn't event want to do the job and the other two had much higher prices for doing less than Joe did. We are VERY happy with this job and will hire him in the future to do some other work we want done.

Good workmanship but very slow. Took 4 weeks for a 2 week job.

"The original quote was for 2 weeks, then the customer changed everything. The minor repair to the shower ended up being a major tear out and replacement of the shower pan. They also ordered marble instead of porcelain tile. Marble is more difficult to set and costs more, especially over heating pads, of which we didn't charge extra, Should have. Their plumbing was broken and when we opened the wall it was a mess, we also replaced the plumbing with no extra charge for labor. Running heating pad wires carefully to not damage old wall paper,requiring more time. We also worked through the weekend to complete the job before Thanksgiving."

He is a true craftsman. He made certain that the job was done perfectly: matching the floor height to surrounding floors, adjusting for an uneven sub-flooring and perfectly bull nosing the vertical tiles. Grouting was perfect. I could not have chosen a better craftsman. Thanks

From the moment I met them. I knew I would get a professional quality job. Mindy is very personable and professional, she guided me through the process with no pressure and the end result is a beautiful bathroom remodel. True craftsman took the time to complete the job perfectly. There isn't a thing I would change. If you are looking for quality and care then you've found it.

Very skilled, does excellent work. He did a laundry floor in slate and made it very even. A Limestone shower and floor and a bath room tile floor. Very detailed oriented.

The project took 2x as long as projected to complete. We were left with a big mess from where they cleaned their equipment. We will most likely need to refinish our deck where they set up their saw as they did not put anything down to protect it and we did not realze the damage that would be caused until after we tried to clean up the tile dust. Their quality of work was fine but they are very slow and messy. Their prices are reasonable. Even though the quality of their work was acceptable I would not recommend them as there are many other factors that make a good contract which I beleive this company is lacking.

"Slight discrepancy between the girlfriend and boyfriend. We were told deck was already ruined, that it was being redone in summer. Took on job over Christmas holidays, were asked to go home several times. Client constantly changed mind on project. After job completed client tried to seal job and ruined grout. After a year asked us to fix. We did with No Charge. No Mess left,see photos. Beautiful!"

Joe truly is master tile setter. We had a large customer shower with a glass block wall installed. It is absolutely beautiful. Joe and Mindy worked on a custom design that truly fit our needs and is very unique. The job took longer than expected mainly due to Joe's attention to detail. The quality of his workmanship is superb. They both were very conscientious about keeping the rest of the house as neat as possible, which was appreciated. We'll use them again in the future.

I would caution against using this installer for intricate tilework. Laying small tiles requires a greater attention to detail than this installer demonstrated. The installer worked quickly to fit my time schedule (which was appreciated), however, it produced less than acceptible work. Tile had to be removed and reset at my cost.

Joe took a lot of time placing the tile just right and it looks beautiful. However, he hurried on the last day when he did the grouting and was sloppy. Something should have been put on the carpet exiting the room he was working on so grout was not tracked into the carpet. I also will need to repaint several walls as he slopped grout on them and did not get it cleaned off.
