Tim and his brother did an excellent job. They were professional and friendly. They were neat and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely hire them next summer for another painting project.

They did not start on the day we agreed on. we asked them to fill in all holes in the walls but they did not paint in kitchen has different pitches not all the same color they did not do a good job on cleaning up when they were finished.

"I had no idea that you were that unhappy with the project. There is always an inspection after the project is finished and when I talk to your husband he said that You were both happy with it. It does get a little messy when scraping off a popcorn ceiling. We covered all the floors and cabinets with plastic and then cleaned it all up and vacuumed everything.I had asked about how we did as far as clean up was concerned and your husband said that it was good. Life throws you a curve ball once in a while, Unfortunately I had to take a trip into the emergency Room and was there for a couple of days which forced our Schedule. I called as soon as I was able and rescheduled and you said that that was fine. As far as different shades are concerned sometimes lighting has a lot to do with that, we did use the same paint with the same tints in it so I'm not sure what that's about. I do think it's unfair that you gave us such a low rating without allowing us the chance to fix anything that you deem Unsatisfactory. If you read any of our other reviews you will see that we are very easy to work with with and would be more than Happy to come back and fix anything that you were not satisfied with. I hired Tom and his boys to paint my basement walls and floor but later changed my mind and asked him to paint only the walls. He was fine with that and very flexible. He was always easy to get in touch with and returned calls and texts right away. He did a great job with my basement walls, which needed not just paint but cleaning too. He got it all done in one day at a fair price and I'm very happy with the results. Now my basement is bright and cheerful! My house was on the market in Wisconsin while I was in Florida so it was a blessing to find Tom for my first home improvement project for my house so far away. In one of my "Senior Moments" I wrote him a check for $80 over the amount I actually owed him and he promptly returned it, so he is very honest as well as a great painter! Thanks again Tom, and I'll definitely recommend you to others when I can.

These guys are just easy to work with from the initial phone call till the last wave good bye. They finished the initial work with ease (patching a wall / ceiling and then re-painting) and I hired them for an additional painting job (large ceiling) before they even left. Super polite (3 people here most of the time) and cleaned up after themselves. Vacuumed, wiped counters, incredible attention to detail even when cleaning up. You cannot tell where they patched and the painting was as you would expect -- perfect. We will have them back next time we need a wall patched or painted.

Tom and Tim were extremely easy to work with. They arrived on time (actually a little early) for our estimate, and were able to come back to do the job within a week. I felt comfortable with them working while I was not at home. The quality is fantastic! Definitely recommend.

I am blown away by the work that All About Walls did! They painted my living room, foyer, hallways, bathroom and a bedroom including the vaulted ceilings. All three were easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted. Tom went above and beyond by informing me that my color choice wouldn t look the best in the area that I wanted. I chose a different color and I am so glad that I did! His prices were reasonable and he even allowed me to add on another room last minute. Would definitely hire again.

Not only did the Dining Room walls and ceiling painting turn out wonderfully, All About Walls floated the entire room, added drywall when necessary and smoothed the entire room. We live in a house built in 1908 and that dining room needed a lot of work. Tom, Tim, and Corey were fun to work with and prompt and professional and on-time every day on the job.

Tom and his two sons were great. They are a wonderful team. Tom is very nice and he has two very nice, polite young sons. I was so thrilled with what a great job they did I gave Tom a hug. When I decide on the color I want my living room/dining room painted I will definitely hire Tom and his sons again. I have already told people I know about them so if they need painting jobs they can contact him.

They did a good job with wall preparation- filling in cracks, cleaning off wall paper glue, taking off wall paper. Did a nice job of fixing a long crack on the ceiling. We question if they actually put on two coats of paint for a variety of reasons but most important is that we were hanging pictures and we could not even erase a tiny pencil dot without going through the paint. The slightest touch and the paint is gone. We were suprised that the job was finished in two days vs three days. We were also displeased that there were splatters of paint dots on the baseboards which I had to scrub off and paint splatters on the mantel that did not come off. The pricing was good and it looked good as long as one doesn t touch the wall. I guess that is our biggest disappointment because we feel like we will need to repaint to have a durable finish

"If we did something wrong I would be the first to admit it. We used high quality Sherwin-Williams paint, and gave it 2 coats, however you cannot wash the walls or do anything to the walls until it has time to cure. I do believe there's a 14 day curing time. Also the dots that are on your woodwork are from a previous paint job. We do make sure to go over the woodwork when we paint to make sure there isn't any paint splatters. I had noticed paint splatters on it prior to the paint job. Also you can tell right away if the paint is difficult to take off it has been there for a while. Think about it, if paint came off your walls very easily and the paint spatters came off hard what does that tell you . If you wash off baseboards right away or within a day or 2 it comes right off. So really, your only complaint would be that the paint was coming off the walls when you try to wipe them. Number one Sherwin-Williams does not put together a paint that will come off of your walls after it's cured . Number two, I am a painter. I do not make the paint. We put on two coats like I said and if you have an issue with the paint you need to contact Sherwin-Williams. I am not trying to be tough with you I am just trying to explain to you that your allegations against our business is misplaced. Sincerely Thomas of All about walls."
