Great technician came out, very efficient and friendly. Paid via Venmo. Have been asking for a written invoice for WEEKS, via phone messages, Facebook messenger, and text. No one will get back to me to provide it.

The company during the assessment of the problem will not necessarily give a complete evaluation quote. In the written estimate I received, a logical conclusion would have been that he would have corrected the problem. Unfortunately, even though additional work was required, based on the written estimate which should have been covered for the repair of the water leak, he charged an additional fee that should have been part of the original repair. When I challenged him on the charge he said he would refund the money but undo the repair. The first quote was $934.00 and final payment was $1534.00.

I hired All Above Plumbing from the very beginning they were extremely responsive and attentive Heather was soo very nice and promised a free estimate and same day service and Ray came out for my home remodeling addition I needed. They definitely came right on time and qouted me for all my drain work and water lines and Ray was so knowledgeable and from start to finish did the most amazing job he was soo efficient and completed everything without a hiccup he cleaned behind himself and removed all debris from property and left it 100x better then it was before. I highly recommend if you need a reliable family owned Plumbing company then hire All Above Plumbing TRUST ME you will not regret it I sure didn't and now I will be using them on my other two properties aswell GO RAY!!!! and GO ALL ABOVE PLUMBING!!

I had a terrible experience. Ray was unreliable, bad work ethic, does not clean up behind himself, and left debris on the side of my house that he promised to come by that Sunday to remove. I called him Monday morning and when I identified myself he hung up on me. I will never recommend him to anyone!

He did a good job and I would use him again.

Work done on time and very competitive price. Ray was easy to work with and explained everything and showed me corrosion inside galvanized pipe. Fixed just what needed to be fixed. Very pleased with work and warranty.

They did an excellent job providing and installing a comfort-height (ADA) toilet for me. Every detail was addressed and completed including caulking, flow, cleaning and removal of debris. The work was fine but overcharged me wasn't fair and not responding my phone calls in reference of the above matter of the payment.

I interacted with Ray Travers twice. Once to get a bid on the job of repairing a corroded sink pipe/replace garbage disposal. Then again to actually do the job a few days later. Their estimate of $551 seemed a little high, but I was ok with it. The work was performed and appears to have been a professional job. However, as I told Ray, he needs to do a better job of communicating when he will actually be there. I spent hours of my time waiting for them to show up. A window of 2 - 4 PM became an arrival of 4:15PM. An estimate of 11AM for the initial bid estimate became 12:15PM. So, although I cannot say his work was unprofessional and can say his scheduling process needs improvement.

Good price, but took too long. The project was supposed to take 3 days, but it took 2 1/2 weeks.

The work done was very thorough, the administrative side of the business was the reason this company didn't receive all 5 stars...a scheduling oversight lead to the job being delayed an entire day.
