Ray Traver and Heather Kole are scammers! They claim to be a large, local, family-owned plumbing business with more than 10 years of experience. I truly believe the company is solely Ray and Heather. He lures you in with a low quote, then goes up on the quote. You request a contract and they give you the run around claiming that it was sent to your email which it clearly was not. We paid the initial deposit by bank card and they added $93 to the charge. That should have been the first sign of trouble. He did the work (used 3 pipes when the code is 4 did not supply enough gravel to support the pipes, etc). He reduced the final price due to only replacing 20 pipes rather than the contracted 60 of pipes. We authorized a final agreed-upon payment of $1,000 and $2,400 was charged (yes, he took $1,400). We have called this so-called 24-hour plumber at least 3 times over the past 3 days and they will not answer our calls or return them. His work was to be guaranteed for 3 years but at this point that is also out of the window. After taking our money, and not answering our call----he is not returning nor would we want him to.

The work was fine but overcharged me wasn't fair and not responding my phone calls in reference of the above matter of the payment.

I interacted with Ray Travers twice. Once to get a bid on the job of repairing a corroded sink pipe/replace garbage disposal. Then again to actually do the job a few days later. Their estimate of $551 seemed a little high, but I was ok with it. The work was performed and appears to have been a professional job. However, as I told Ray, he needs to do a better job of communicating when he will actually be there. I spent hours of my time waiting for them to show up. A window of 2 - 4 PM became an arrival of 4:15PM. An estimate of 11AM for the initial bid estimate became 12:15PM. So, although I cannot say his work was unprofessional and can say his scheduling process needs improvement.

Good price, but took too long. The project was supposed to take 3 days, but it took 2 1/2 weeks.

The work done was very thorough, the administrative side of the business was the reason this company didn't receive all 5 stars...a scheduling oversight lead to the job being delayed an entire day.

Ray explained in detail the water treatment equipment he was installing and recommended changes to the plumbing that added additional quality in the setup. Ray was down to earth doing a good job while observing all Covid guidance.

Ray was very cordial, friendly, and personable. He got caught up at another job and was running behind or scheduled window, easily understandable. With this, he maintained dialogue via call to keep me posted on the status so I wasnâ t in the dark. After receiving the dimensions of my space and specifications of my tank, he even opted into upgrading my 30gal tank to a 40 at no additional cost. While working, he allowed me to pick his brain on a few other projects I am planning for the house. He was very knowledgeable in his craft and happy to humor my inquiries even snapping pictures of the items in order to provide me an estimate for completion. Awesome guy and great service. I would highly recommend!

I needed some plumbing work done quickly as we had no hot water, and my husband was coming home from the hospital. They worked overtime on short notice to get the job completed for me. They did a fantastic job and were great to work with.

Will spare you the details. At the end of a large job did not work very hard to make me a satisfied customer. Second time in my life I have complained like this. Beware.

Prompt, thorough, efficient service provided to clear a clogged kitchen line. Technician explained problems caused by a poorly designed installation. Currently waiting for a work proposal to correct inherent defects. Highly recommended.

they haven't come back to pickup water system bottle that they replaced, been 2 weeks waiting for them to come get it. they said that we didn't order new chlorine pump when we ordered new system, we told them we wanted whole new system, they didn't replace chlorine pump. if you decide to hire them check your paper work very well.
