Need I say the chimney was leaking very bad two separate contractors came out gave us a price on two different repairs which we did and the leak never stopped come to find out all access got it done the right way through the chimney

Both Michelle and Timothy were very pleasant and professionaland took the time to explain how they would install a new stainless steel liner and connecting pipes to the boiler, along with a new chimney cap. They were both knowledgeable about the process and Timothy was very dedicated in making sure the installation was perfect. They came on time and I am very pleased.

The owner was great, the guys were great. I learned a lot from them. They did wonderful work.

I had moisture in my closet which is located right next to the chiminey. I was not sure what the problem was. Alan came over with his team and quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the cause and solution. He quoted the price to me based on the work he thought it would require. However, the work was much more intensive than he originally thought it would be because they had to remove an old rusted metal liner that was broken in multiple places. It took them the entire day to complete the project. Even though he probably could have charged more he honored his original quoted price. Their work is thorough, they are honest (sawing thru my chiminey in the basement they inadvertently cut some wire), he immediately told me. They tried to splice it back together but were unable so before he called the job complete he went to Home Depot to get a new wire and fixed it. Honestly if he did not tell me I probably would not have even known. They also work very neatly, when they were finished they left no trace behind. And they were up and down on the roof, in my attic, and in the basement. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any problem with their chiminey. You will not be disappointed!!

I didn't get a second estimate so I don't know if that was a good price that I paid. I do know that Alan the person that did the repairs was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He answered all my questions and explained everything that he was doing. He was very thorough and neat. I would definitely recommend this company.
