Spare yourself the trouble, great scam/salesmanship but work done was atrocious and they charged $900 for a locktop damper that costs $200. I sent photos to the credit card company for the work done, money refunded. Poorly done work, unprepared, no ladder, no caulking. Horrible work, no pride in doing a good job, just make a quick buck on unsuspecting clients. Crooks!

Check to ensure chimney liner was clean.Tech checked and completed task. There was nothing much to do. Appreciate the honesty and on time service.

Both Michelle and Timothy were very pleasant and professionaland took the time to explain how they would install a new stainless steel liner and connecting pipes to the boiler, along with a new chimney cap. They were both knowledgeable about the process and Timothy was very dedicated in making sure the installation was perfect. They came on time and I am very pleased.

After receiving several estimates from other companies, Allan the technician, inspected and explained in detail what was needed to repair our chimney. . Allan was on time, showed us the damaged lining being removed and explained the installation process, which included installation of a stainless steel chimney lining system, top plate, cap and repair of masonry. At the completion of the work he showed us before and after pictures and assured us that we could contact him with any concerns. We immediatley heard the difference in the sound of our boiler when the furnace was turned on. We are very pleased and will recommend his services to our friends.

From the moment Allen arrived I knew I had made right choice and was confident everything would be handled professionally. Allen checked all facets of job, explained everything that had to be done and presented a fair estimate. Each step of job I was updated and urged to takes photos (especially the baby squirrels that were living in chimney) which humanly returned to Mom. Allen and his partner were efficient and clean throughout the job. They went far and above what I originally imagined and I will definitely recommend to anyone in need of chimney service. As pleased as I am, I wish his partner could better communicate in English so he could understand how pleased I was with job and All Access.

I had moisture in my closet which is located right next to the chiminey. I was not sure what the problem was. Alan came over with his team and quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the cause and solution. He quoted the price to me based on the work he thought it would require. However, the work was much more intensive than he originally thought it would be because they had to remove an old rusted metal liner that was broken in multiple places. It took them the entire day to complete the project. Even though he probably could have charged more he honored his original quoted price. Their work is thorough, they are honest (sawing thru my chiminey in the basement they inadvertently cut some wire), he immediately told me. They tried to splice it back together but were unable so before he called the job complete he went to Home Depot to get a new wire and fixed it. Honestly if he did not tell me I probably would not have even known. They also work very neatly, when they were finished they left no trace behind. And they were up and down on the roof, in my attic, and in the basement. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any problem with their chiminey. You will not be disappointed!!

I didn't get a second estimate so I don't know if that was a good price that I paid. I do know that Alan the person that did the repairs was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He answered all my questions and explained everything that he was doing. He was very thorough and neat. I would definitely recommend this company.
