They were really good and instead of doing 1/2 a job they notified me of another problem and are going to fix it later this week.

You will need to call him... He came and looked at our washer.? Said he had to check with the manufacturer. Never called back. I called him 2 days later and he said he would call me back again. Never called me back. I had to call him again and he told me he couldn't work only washer. Paid $60 service fee for nothing.

He did a great job and I was very happy with his work. He gave me an honest opinion on what I needed to get my dryer working again.

Our dryer was not heating and I had 4 loads of wet laundry. I contacted Kim on a Friday night and he arrived by the next morning-on a weekend! He is pleasant, competent and VERY honest. He had the needed parts right in his car and pricing was fair. I will definitely use him for our next repair-he is AMAZING!!!

Do not give up your money before the job is done. Mr. Coleman took our money, and did not return to finish the job.

Quality of the work was very good. However, he didn't show up on the appointed day and did not return my calls until the following business day. We rescheduled and he did show up promptly and completed the work.

I hired kim. He started the job, took about 1/2 day to diagnose it. I gave him my credit card info to purchase the part he needed.He left and didn't call me back for 4 days, or respond to my calls. I was somewhat nervous since he had my info. He told me he had a sick child and exwife issues. I finally tried one more time and he answered saying he wasn't sure I'd still let him do the work. I did, then found out he couldn't move my fridge out from the wall to fix my front water fixture...and he's a refridgerator repairman? I will have to hire someone else to fix the drinking water fixture

We had a problem with our dishwasher leaking. It was difficult to locate someone who was willing to come out to our place at the last minute, but Kim was not only willing but gave us same day service, identified the problem went to Richmond to pick up the replacement part & then not only corrected the initial problem but spent extra time inspecting the rest of the sections of the dishwasher & gave us some valuable tips on "do's & Don'ts" when using the dishwasher. He went above & beyond his initial fix , besides Allotting extra time to the fix at a reasonable price. We highly recommend him!

After coming home from a week's-long vacation, we found our refrigerator/freezer had died while we were gone. It was too late to save anything, and it was difficult to find someone to come and fix this in a timely manner. Most all Service Centers we called were giving us a week to ten days for a repair visit. Then we tried HomeAdvisor. Not only did we find a local repairman, but one that could be here quick. Knowledgeable, quick, friendly and most of all, affordable! Very pleased with service repair. I will definitely call Kim first for our other maintenance needs! Thank you so much!

Kim was VERY prompt. I called and he was there the same evening to fix my refrigerator. He didn't have the specific part so he returned the next day. I don' know how much a repair like this cost but when he told me the price I was pleased. I was expecting way more. He even hooked the waterline for me without charge. Thanks Kim.
