I used All Airs for about 2 yrs. I was on their annual maintenance plan, which always includes changing out my filters (3). When tech arrived i discussed the filter changing with him. Then brfore he left I asked him whether he?d changed the filters- he replied yes. This was a Friday. The entire weekend my AC was not cooling my house so I called Allairs to come out Monday. They sent a different tech, who informed me that my filters were filthy and not bern changed!!!!!! It turns out the tech who came on friday to perform the maintenance did not have any filters on his truck that day so he lied to me, telling me he had changed them!!!! The new tech drove to the shop to get me some filters. He also discovered that the previous tech had left off a wire while installing a capacitor on my system, causing it not to work all werkend!!! Lastly, the first tech who lied about installing filters told me I needed the $385 capacitator but I highly doubt I needed it now

The service was great and Thomas Matthew’s were very friendly. The All Air service was excellent.

All Airs (Dickerson Heating & Air) installed the HVAC system in our commercial building and has maintained it for years. All of the staff I have spoken to at All Airs are friendly and knowledgeable. Alex, the best of the best, stopped by today for our spring maintenance and got us all set up for this upcoming warm weather!
