Steve did not complete project by FORGETTING to screw top of rafters, causing rafters to contract and expand therefore causing screen to rip. Spoke with Steve about screen ripping and he said was due to sun baked. Also paid for no see um screen and was put low quality. Steve wanted $6969.60 (Labor) and I was to pay for replacement screen. I purchased new no see um screen for $4772.21 (my cost) and replaced it myself. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STEVE FOR ANY JOBS.

They have done front patio which needed to be rebuilt and vinyl around the edges. It was very nice and we enjoyed it while we live there.
