Al from All American was extremely prompt, professional and courteous. I called on Sunday and he fixed our air conditioning on Monday. Due to his extensive knowledge of his field he worked efficiently without the run around and ridiculous charges other contractors give you when they send you inexperienced techs who basically are guessing what s wrong. I Would highly recommend All American.

Even though it was Sunday afternoon, all American and I connected immediately. I set up an appt for Monday between 2 and 4 and Al showed up at 2. He was very professional, knows his stuff and even though I have an old compressor, he was very positive about being able to get it functioning properly again...and so he did! Thank you Al! I am nice and cool again in my house!

I have to give great credit and thanks to Al Merrill from All American Environmental Systems to fight through this most complex repair I have seen so far. It turned out to be more than just the compressor replacement, and Al finally solved it despite the disappointing support by Carrier for their flagship Infinity system. What I learned from this experience is that I will never buy Carrier anymore, and hire Al again whenever we need help with HVAC. Thanks again Al and Liz!

The service technician, Al, was extremely prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to quickly repair the furnace. In addition he informed me about the need for greater air intake to make the unit work more efficiently.He was courteous and made sure to wear booties when he entered my home. This is the company I will use for all future service calls. His competence, knowledge and friendly manner, as well as a fair price can't be beaten.

I researched a lot of HVAC contractors in the area, but none could compete with the knowledge, experience, and value that I was offered. Al came out to my house for a free estimate and spent quite a bit of time going through all the available options. He was the only contractor that brought an issue of my return being undersized to my attention and came up with a cost effective solution to add an additional return. I also knew when he put on shoe covers before walking into my house that he was the real deal - professional and respectful - something you do not find often these days. I ended up deciding on a 4 Ton American Standard system. What you get with this company is 5-star, white glove service you really would not expect from an HVAC company. Liz, the owner, was very responsive by phone and e-mail and even came out during the installation to check on things. All the installers were very friendly and seemed to love what they do, which assures me they were doing the best job they can. After the job was done, it looked as if they brought in a cleaning crew, my house was cleaner when they left then before they got there. ConEd also recognizes them as a preferred contractor, so I think that speaks volumes.

Fast and efficient with a reasonable price

Answered an emergency call very promptly in the middle of the night and was thorough. Liz called to follow up the following day to see how everything was. The follow up and follow through is exceptional.

The customer service is exceptional. The engineer/technician was very thorough and explained the whole process. I also appreciated his honesty, and will be hiring them again in the spring.

We had a great experience with All American. Both Liz and Al were very knowledgeable. Al came out within a day of contacting home advisor, and provided a quote later that day. We had an underground leak in the return pipe to the radiator. They prioritized the job, came two days later to do the work. It was the coldest day of the year and Al wouldn t leave that day without having the heat up and running.

Really good communication in the lead up and really helpful when fixing the issue we had.

Very knowledgeable, made suggestions which I appreciated for work that I should consider in the future but was not urgent to do now. Project was completed as planned and at the cost discussed.
