Great job on a tough area

Worse carpet cleaning job I have ever had! Took 2 1/2 hours with the front door open and a hose attached to their truck. Still, lots of dirty spots. My master bedroom which was not dirty, is worse than before. I would not hire them again.

Professional service. Tech was very responsive

They did a wonderful job with my carpet in one room, which had moderate pet stains and stench. They got rid of all the spots and used a honey crisp apple deodorizer afterwards. The carpet looks, feels, and smells SO much better! They were also friendly, kind to my dogs, and finished in less than an hour. They were very responsive and punctual. Would definitely use their services again!

They provided excellent service from the speedy contact, quote, and made an appointment within my requested timing all within an hour of contacting Home Advisor. We had an area with bleach stains and the technician offered to patch it for minimal charge with a scrap piece of carpet - you have to look really hard to find the seams. The job was done in the specified time and the carpets look great. I would definitely use All-American Carpet Cleaning again.

Great service...first guy tried really hard, but a couple of spots proved stubborn. Owner himself came out the day after I called, and got it done. Couldn't recommend higher.

The young man (LeRoy) who did the work arrived right on time and was very polite. Our carpet had a few spots; he looked them over and said, "I'll work my magic." And he did. He is a recent Ruskin High School (KC, MO) graduate and plans to attend college this fall, majoring in elementary education. He might not be doing much more carpet cleaning, but he'll be a great role model for kids in a few years. AACC is lucky to have him, even for a short time.

Arrived on time and associate was friendly too. The equipment was efficient and a lot quieter than I have experienced. The carpets were clean and bright and the spots that he was confident he could remove came out. I will use this company again! MJ

The young man who came out to clean my carpets was very polite and did am outstanding job. Although there was a mix up on scheduling on my part, he expressed that it ok and he got me in at the same time the next day.

The only reason they got a 4.5 for customer service is because it took so long to get my rug back.
