All American Concrete

The project turned out horribly!!! I was literally sick to my stomach. The stamped concrete patio I desired was nothing of the sort. I'm quite sure this builder had no clue on how to stamp or color dye concrete, but assured me he could do it. He definitely didn't have the skills or proper tools to accomplish the job I hired him to do. He made a complete mess of my back yard to include destroying my fence gate, leaving my gutter off my house when he removed it to work, ruined my grass in several spots, and his inexperience really showed when he chose to direct a 50 ton concrete truck to drive into my back yard, ruining my lawn. I really couldn't believe this. Luckily I didn't have a septic tank or have damage to my sprinkler system. Just plan unbelievable. (I was at work when this occurred) If I was home when he poured I think I would have fired him that day. I was in complete disbelief when I got a call saying he was done and would be over that evening to pick up his check for the other 1/2 of his payment. Let it be known he never got that money and is very lucky he didn't waste time cashing the check for the first 1/2 of the payment. I've been exploring options to see if it can be fixed but every contractor I've reached out to says my best bet is to destroy it and start from scratch. Don't hire this guy for any stamped concrete job you may have, and good luck if you hire him for anything else.
