Project Category not listed; Patio Cover, 10X20. Bruce the owner of All American Concrete Rain-gutters and Patio installed my patio cover 1 February 2020. He agreed to come back and paint the trims to match the patio color and he never did. I contacted him several times reference repairs. We got rain in March or April this year and if you can see the video you would never know that I have rain gutters because it leaks everywhere. I tried to reach out to Bruce again and he lied about showing up. I am so disappointed. Pictures posted on his web page under Review.

Very rude customer service and Bruce is very defensive when asking about payment how does he accept payment he did not answer until the job was being done. I like to know these type of things beforehand but he never responded until the day of. To make a long story short; I paid him half cash and half on a card be careful who you give your card to. He overcharged me and will not give me the remainder of what he owes me back which is $35. It is still overpayment he is not responding to any of my calls, and it's been a month! Do not do business with this guy.

Bruce and Pablo were so easy to work with and did beautiful work! I recommend them while heartedly! They took our requests and made us a beautiful patio that was even better than we had envisioned!

The price that was agreed to on phone was not the prize for the work being done on the contract. The concrete work was fine but the area was not cleaned up as was promised. When the project was halfway done, I was told by Bruce, contractor, he only accepted cash or checks. I had to take out an advance on a credit card which added to the cost of the project as added interest.

Had to show them what they missed. It took four partial days. They attempted to get paid before the job was complete. They claimed that the job was finished when it was not. I would not refer them to anyone.

Demanded to be Paid Early, Said Work was Completed and It Wasnâ t, Now I Need to Take Further Action. October 14, 2019 All American Concrete Raingutters & Patio declined to complete the job I hired them to do. All American Concrete Raingutters & Patio was hired to install rain gutters complete with a painted drip edge per the locations shown on the contract. While the rain gutters were installed, the only area a drip edge was installed was on the back porch area, and not on the front porch or second story rain gutters. The work is still deficient on 80 feet of painted drip edge and one painted downspout elbow. The drip edge on the back porch is painted and installed as agreed, but is missing on the rest of the gutters. There is also a missing downspout elbow that has not been installed. I have tried to coordinate the completion of work for several weeks, and All American Concrete Rain Gutters & Patios are not only almost impossible to get a hold of, taking several phone calls and texts, but they have also missed four appointments to complete the work at the time this letter is written, including three â no-call/no-shows.â They were paid for their work before a complete inspection of the work due to the workers pressuring me and assuring they would complete the work the next day. In summary, the extent of this complaint is that All American Raingutters has not performed services paid for that include approximately 80 feet of painted aluminum drip edge and installation of one painted downspout elbow. They have repeatedly agreed that they owe this work to me, but have repeatedly been unresponsive and not shown up on agreed upon times and dates. A complaint has recently been lodged with the Better Business Bureau and found to have merit and is awaiting response from All American Concrete Rain Gutters and Patios.

Find someone else.

Brandon and David were excellent! I would heartily recommend them to anyone. First thing in the morning, til last thing at night . They replaced all concrete around pool, new steps, freshened back patio, AND poured a whole new patio for me in the front of my house. I hated to see them leave as they were so nice, they felt like my sons.

The gutters look amazing and the installers were very nice and professional. I received the estimate on a Wednesday and the gutters were installed the next day! They provided quality work in a short period of time for a reasonable price.

Professional, reasonable and efficient

Bruce and his team did a quality job in very short timeframe. We are very happy with the concrete slab they poured for our new BBQ Pit area.

We were so excited about our concrete patio but ended up with a lot of things wrong. First I asked for a permit and they ignored my request and acquired no permit and told me it was too late to get one after they poured. We originally agreed on 8", then after we told him what we wanted for a patio cover, he said we needed 10" no problem. So we signed a contract and they came and completed the job the next day and we were left with 7", not 10" or even 8". Plus we never got a call to see how it went or anything. Lacking customer service skills. Also our driveway is now cracked due to the cement truck. Not to mention that our patio has different colors cause they fixed the holes with a different mix. Buyer beware. I feel I did not get my money's worth.
