Advertised could install pre-hung front door. My front door arrived, he removed my old door/frame prior to measuring the depth of the new door/frame. I dealt with the issue until a custom frame extender was ordered and received. When the extender arrived he made me believe he knew how to install. When he finished installing everything the door wouldn?t shut properly, the new door was chipped, the door security sensor wasn?t reinstalled, and the molding around and near the new door was severely damaged! I reached out to ask him how he was going to fix the issues. Initially I received no response. I wrote a review on Facebook and then he text me stating he told me he didn?t know how to install the door, that the door and trim was already damaged. All which were lies! Now I am out of over $2500.00 for a replacement and repairs from his work! If you don?t know how to do the install then just say that instead prior to taking on the project instead of destroying someone?s property.
