While we hired AllAmerican construction to deal with a gutter issue, which they accomplished by adding a downspout and sealing an end cap, the reason we are giving them 5 stars is that they did a free inspection of of the roof and all things protruding from it. They took pictures of problems they found including openings around 2 standpipes and flashing problems around the chimney. Two days after that first meeting they returned with all the parts and equipment necessary to do the gutter work, replace the standpipes where they exit the roof, and do the flashing replacement/repairs. They also took further pictures of the chimney showing us areas where water has gotten into the chimney structure. We are currently in talks with them about taking the chimney down to the roof line and rebuilding it to fix these problems. We have been very pleased with all three people we’ve been working with-Erica, Jonnathan, and Edison.

They came quickly after the estimate they gave me. They worked diligently. Discovered some unexpected troubles, Erika took pictures, we discussed the solutions, they fixed the issues and completed the work the same day.

A 32-year old house was showing its age with decayed exterior window trim and roof facia boards. Further inspection revealed water damage inside the wall in a few places expanding the job to include replacing plywood and siding. All American Construction took it in stride and got all the work done, having to juggle their schedule to meet our needs. All work was done to our complete satisfaction. Clean up of debris was complete with no indication they were even here. Erica was very efficient in supplying new quotes and in handling all paperwork on her laptop and providing us with electronic contracts and receipts. She communicated very well and were on the job within a few days of our first contact. A true family business that hustles! We were so pleased we asked for a quote on another job.
