Cody, the owner, is great! He is reliable, honest, trustworthy and has a great work ethic. He told us he wanted us to be happy with the finished product and we totally were. He replaced our pergola top and our fence gate. I would highly recommend!

They were right on time and worked hard to complete everything in the same day. They replaced a garbage disposal and faucet, polished my stainless steel sink, installed new flushers in two toilets, and replaced a large ceiling fan on a 16 foot ceiling. They were so courteous and made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up before they left. I'll definitely use them again!

Very personal, always answer or calls back and showed up on time .

They started my basement work in March 2021. 1st few weeks show up 2/3 days a week for 2/3 hours. After that no show for long time. Every time I text them - they came up with excuses and lies. Finally they made the framing, electrical and plumbing for rough inspection. They failed city plumbing inspection 4 times. The county inspector was so fed up - he asked him to bring their license. Then no show for long time again. As per the contract I was supposed to pay them 19k$ but I paid them 25k with a good faith that they will finish my basement. In August when he failed 4 time the city inspection- I asked him to come up with a time line of a project and clearly told the that I will not pay them any more money until my basement is finished. I also made it clear to them that how they worked unethically and lied in the past - I lost the trust on them. They didn?t agree to complete the work without more money and trying to push for new payment plan which I rejected. I fired them and hired new contractor and my basement passed the county inspection in the 1st try. But my new contractor showed me how Zap did the sub-standard job.

Very polite and professional! Arrived on time, repaired/replaced inside and outside faucets in very reasonable time and to my satisfaction.

Easy to reach, very reasonable prices

Coty did a good job at the repair and was on time. However, I think he overcharged me for the job. I asked him to send me a bid in writing and he said he would bring it. When he got here, he said his printer was out of ink and he would email me a receipt. I have not received it. I am sure he quoted me 125.00 for a faucet repair in our texting. Told me it was 225.00 when job was done. I did not have the text anymore so I didnt have a backup. My mistake in not saving it or insisting a copy in advance.

Their charges were outrageous. $425 to replace the cartridges on one faucet. I paid it, but I would not call them again.

Cody has a very nice personality

Great work. Cody and Matt have vast talent and get the job done, quickly, ensure customer satisfaction. My plumbing work also required carpentry, electrical, snd design skills. I am going to ask Matt and Cody to do more work. Very friendly , courteous, and friendly guys who know what they are doing.

Cody and his colleague came when scheduled and promptly replaced our outdoor spigot. I will call them again when I need another home service.

I highly recommend Zap Home Improvements. We hired Cody to paint two rooms in our home. Not only did he do an excellent job painting (walls and baseboards) but there were a couple of places that needed patching...his quality of work was perfection! I have nothing but positive things to say. We're looking to remodel our bathroom in the near future and we're definitely going with Zap!!!

Cody did an excellent job. Easy to work with and respond quickly to requests. I needed another job done and Cody came out and got that done quickly and it looks wonderful. He installed a new storm door with new molding and Iâ m so happy with how it looks. I will hire Cody again.

Cody and his team came in and had my floors looking brand new in a ti.e quicker than he originally estimated. They were clean friendly and courteous! I would highly recommend Zap to anyone!

They had outstanding customer service and the product was above and beyond what we expected. It was all done in a timely manner.
