Complete new fence

Fence doors were unevenly positioned and seemingly forced into position. Some of the bolts are straight out bent and one of the connectors broke shortly after it was fixed. Now the fence is in barely better shape before I paid the 200 bucks to get it fixed and drags against the cement. Disappointing.

Joe came over for an estimate and ended just doing the job then and there. It was actually a very large ship anchor chain I needed cut off fence.

Joe and his crew are fantastic. I originally thought I needed a much more expensive repair, but he suggested a solution that was much more cost effective and equally good if not better. He called and/or showed up when he said he would, did an excellent job, and cleaned up beautifully. He even brought in our garbage can and pulled some weeds next to our garage! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him without reservation.

Needed to replace 5 posts on an existing fence. Joe was very helpful in explaining my options helping me decide on the right course of action. Crew came out on the promised date. Very efficient, high quality work. They had to work around existing shrubs and plants and were very careful not to damage them. Clean up was complete and thorough. No more sagging fence!

Company was hired for a small remove and replace split rail job. Joe came out, gave us a reasonable quote and date for the job. Joe and his crew came out as scheduled, work hard and did a very meticulous job. We signed a contract for another job (service on deck). Would highly recommend this company.

They gave a competitive estimate, on repairing my aluminum fence, digging out posts lowering them and cementing them back in place and re-assembling fence. It took 3 extra phone calls to finally have the contractor blow my husband off and then call him by surprise to come out to give him a quote. He said he was giving us a discount by charging only $250 to fix the fence when the minimum charge for fence repairs in the industry was $500. But I don't think it is a discount when the contractor who was the actual owner says he does not have the proper tools with him to do the job correctly and hooks up the fence with the chain link rising 3 inches above the top bar. So how can it be a discount if you won't do the job correctly by going back to your business to get the proper tools? If we want the fence fixed correctly it was just money wasted. Now if it does truly cost a minimum of $500 for any contractor to come out and fix it, regardless of whether the amount of work actually costs $500, I guess we may in all actuality spend $750 if we want the fence fixed correctly. The contractor knew we needed the fence fixed as soon as possible due to our neighbors and took advantage of this. So the quality of work was rated 1 star but the value was rated 5 stars only because he repaired it for supposedly half the price of what anyone else would charge. So that makes it a value when what you get is what you pay for. Half price for a half *** job. We may be getting a privacy fence in the future but he will NOT be installing it.
