When I first called All American Glass, I got an immediate response. And he had to do some investigation for me, he did that promptly, he got back to me. We got the deal done, everything was done neatly, efficiently. And at all times, his service was impeccable.

Very professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt in communication and timely in his service. I thought his prices were very reasonable and he fixed all 8 of the windows (windows were not shutting completely so they couldn't be latched closed) when he said he would do them and even gave me pointers for the future.

Mark called us within 5 minutes of our request. He came out on Saturday to measure and provide an estimate for replacing all our window glass with energy efficient glass. One week later, the job was complete! Mark and his crew are professional and personable, and they did an excellent job. We are very happy with their work and would definitely call them again!

He answered the phone call immediately. He offered a variety of glass services - repairing screens, building new ones, and remounting broken mirrors. He was easy to work with. Pleasant. Offered me what I needed within my budget - rather than selling me more than was necessary.
